The interpreter costs HKD 680 because you booked him for 1 hour.

Communication costs

The conferencing costs are:
HKD 230 x (45 min)/(60 min) = HKD 172.50
Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of HKD 3.50 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 3.50 HKD/min = HKD 157.50
The total amount for communication is HKD 330

The conferencing costs are:

Since the participants dial in their selves no telephony costs will be charged.
